LITTLE ROCK, Ark.–()–Windstream
Enterprise
, a leading provider of advanced network communications,
will announce that it is re-launching its Virtual PBX for Hospitality
(HvPBX) at HITEC® (Hospitality Industry Technology Exposition
Conference) on June 18. Windstream Enterprise’s enhanced Virtual PBX now
utilizes a Mitel hospitality solution purpose-built to integrate with
hotels’ existing hospitality management applications and mobile devices
to deliver a more personalized guest experience and greater operational
efficiencies.

Enabling our customers with the tools to deliver a best-in-class guest
experience has been at the forefront of our development efforts,” said
Donald Jensen, Windstream Enterprise vice president of hospitality. ”It
is critically important for hoteliers to elevate and transform the guest
experience to deliver on the promise of consistent and excellent service
that creates loyalties at the brand level.”

HvPBX replaces Windstream Enterprise’s previous hospitality cloud
solution and leverages the underpinnings of the current Windstream
Enterprise XCaaS Mitel solution. From Mitel’s comprehensive suite of
hospitality applications to Windstream Enterprise’s full-featured UCaaS
capabilities, and finally its omni-channel CCaaS offering, hospitality
customers have an end-to-end suite of tools that will enable them to
deliver a differentiated guest experience.

The most successful hotels know customer ratings can make or break you.
The right communications solution makes all the difference, increasing
staff availability, boosting response time and allowing service
customization,” said Martin Bitzinger, Mitel vice president of product
line management. “Windstream Enterprise’s hospitality solution powered
by Mitel leverages the cloud to deliver seamless communications and
collaboration capabilities that enhance hotel experiences and keep
guests coming back for more.”
